This role will be pivotal in driving financial efficiency, implementing new processes, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFinancial Transformation:\nLead and manage financial transformation projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\nDevelop and implement new financial processes and systems, leveraging the latest technologies.\nProvide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.\nEnsure alignment between transformation initiatives and overall business objectives.\nIdentify and mitigate financial risks associated with transformation projects.\nOperational Finance Management:\nOversee all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Revenue Recognition.\nExecutes timely and accurate closing of the financial records at month and year end, managing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, and addresses issues related to preliminary and final closes.\nPrepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, and lender reporting requirements\nManage annual financial statement audits, including liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely and accurate audit completion, for both US and international entities.\nDevelop and implement internal control policies and key business processes to ensure conformity with U.S. GAAP, and corresponding international countries GAAP.
