Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Engineering Technician at HHM Hotels, located in Louisville, KY. The Hotel Engineering Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical components. Additional duties include responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner, completing work orders efficiently, and ensuring safety protocols are followed while maintaining the overall functionality, safety, and aesthetics of the property. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC maintenanceMechanical skills including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and building systemsAbility to conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance with attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skills to complete tasks promptlyUnderstanding of safety protocols and compliance regulations in a hotel environmentEffective communication and teamwork abilities for a collaborative work environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical certifications preferredPrior experience in hotel or building maintenance is a plusFlexibility to work in various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
