The Security Project Manager must think holistically about security systems and how they impact the employee and visitor experience. This role will drive standards, modernization, and lifecycle initiatives through expert management of security vendors to meet stakeholders' expectations.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEstablish and lead enterprise-capable project management office.\nDevelop, track, and maintain reporting of budgets, schedules, and written analysis of all assigned projects.\nWork collaboratively with Global Facilities, Information Services (IT), Indirect Procurement, and vendors to create project SOW.\nManages RFP process for security components for all assigned projects.\nEnforces global system standards by driving design and implementation excellence.\nManage end-to-end delivery of physical security construction projects, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and perimeter security systems.\nLead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget project completion.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including general contractors, security integrators, electricians, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders.\nOversee installation and commissioning of enterprise security systems across corporate, data center, healthcare, and critical infrastructure environments.\nConduct site assessments, reviewed construction drawings, and validated security design compliance with project requirements and industry standards.\nManage project risks, change orders, procurement activities, and vendor performance throughout all phases of construction.\nDevelop and maintained project schedules, milestone tracking, status reporting, and executive-level communications.\nEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and organizational security standards.\nDirect testing, commissioning, and turnover activities, including system acceptance, documentation, and end-user training.\nMonitor project budgets, controlled costs, and identified opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.\nFacilitate stakeholder meetings, progress reviews, and issue resolution to maintain project momentum and customer satisfaction.\nManage multiple concurrent security construction projects ranging from small site upgrades to large-scale capital initiatives.\nCollaborate with security operations teams to ensure seamless integration between physical security systems and operational requirements.\nEstablish quality assurance processes and performed field inspections to ensure installation accuracy and adherence to specifications.\nSupport strategic planning efforts by providing project forecasting, capacity planning, and construction portfolio reporting.\n\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\nDemonstrates sound judgment and effective time management.\nMust have 100% credibility, objectivity, and respect across all parts of the business.\nAbility to collaborate with other management groups (IT, HR, Finance, Legal)\nWillingness to challenge status quo, innovate and introduce new ideas.\nDemonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.\nKnowledge of security operations and procedures\nKnowledge of security systems operations\nCoordinates repairs with vendors as needed.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.\nAble to read construction drawings, including 3D (BIM)\nAvailable on an on-call basis for emergencies\nWilling to travel internationally.\nProfessional Expertise/ Knowledge\nBachelor's degree is preferred although combination of work experience and education may be accepted.\nProject budgeting experience for small to large scale projects\nStrong IT and systems architecture knowledge\nExperience\n5 years+ in a similar role within a security organization\nWorking knowledge of MS Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio; SharePoint)\nStrong and effective written and verbal communications skills, including presentations.\nKnowledge and aptitude of automated / integrated security systems and concepts\nBluebeam or applicable experience\nServicenow or similar system knowledge\nSkills\nStrong working knowledge around access control and video surveillance\nHigh proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Windows (All)\nService-oriented/customer-driven approach\nExcellent organizational and presentation skills\n#LI-GM1\n#LI-Onsite\n#INDNAMER\n\nThe EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
