Testing","description":"Job Description\nRole and Responsibilities:\n· Work closely with board designers to develop test requirements with formal documentation\n· Perform DFT and feedback those results to designer to ensure boards can meet test requirements\n· Architecture test systems: select appropriate fixture vendor for mechanical builds, and craft the appropriate electronics vital to meet test requirements\n· Develop the algorithm to control and automate the test systems\n· Write the software to perform PCBA test per test requirements\n· Integrate, checkout, and validate test systems for sell-off to manufacturing teams\n· Produce all technical documentations such as wiring diagrams and assembly drawings for those test systems to be released into PLM system\n· Help drive any communication for external test houses used during testing\n· Develop and maintain vendor relationship and continuously improve vendor processes and relationships\n· Required Experience to demonstrate:\n· Perform Design for Test for PCBAs.\n· Extensive experience developing and documenting electrical tests for functional checkout of PCBAs.\n· Extensive experience in automation using Python for electrical test.\n· Can independently develop, bring up and release of custom automated test systems, or bed-of-nail fixtures from requirements definition to final documentation release.\n· Experience in performing failure analysis of electrical circuits and/or electrical test systems utilizing bench top equipment such as DMMs, PSUs, and oscilloscopes.\n· Experience with hands on work such as soldering, fixture/chassis assembly, cable and wire harness assembly.\n· Ability to work at the Santa Clara, CA site.\n· Experience working with manufacturing teams for product transfer, quality teams to ensure test systems adhere to quality standards, and documentation teams to ensure technical documents adhere to PLM requirements.\n· Clearly communicate with interdisciplinary teams, both upstream and downstream to ensure successful delivery of test systems.\n· Preferred:\n· Produce high-quality technical documentation that is clearly understandable by internal and external personnel.\n· Hands-on ability to build, debug, and modify PCAs and perform failure analysis.\n· Experience developing ICT/ FCT testers with external vendors for printed circuit board testing.\n· Object oriented and multi-threaded programming.\n· PCB design experience of low-noise analog, power electronics, high precision and high-speed digital design using Altium or other PCB design tools.\n· Experience in Medical Device Design Control for IEC 60601, CISPR 22, UL in an FDA environment.\n· Ability to work in a regulated environment in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.\n· Desired:\n· Excellent communication skills to engage and energize cross-functional teams\n· Ability to comprehend complex problems and good problem-solving skills\n· Active participation in sprint planning/monitoring and story point estimation for the team\n· Experience in working under SCRUM-AGILE framework.\n· Experience with any of the Medical or consumer devices Embedded SW development\n· Experience in Components selection, PCB design layout process and Harness connectivity.\n· Good Understanding of system architecture, requirements writing, requirements management, requirements analysis, risk analysis, hazard analysis, product test and evaluation, System V & V, and/or design control documentation.\nEducation:\n· Minimum B.S (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent) with 5 years of industry experience or M.S (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent) with 3 years of industry experience (coop/intern
