Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation!\nFor theAccountantposition, we expect you to:\nPost all types of invoices (e.g. domestic and foreign).\nPost prepaid expenses using a dedicated program with separate monitoring.\nForm and reverse revenue and expense provisions according to local GAAP and IAS.\nMonitor pending expense reimbursements via the internal approval workflow.\nCreate Excel files for recurring expense reimbursements, in collaboration with Payroll and Treasury departments.\nManage fixed assets: creation / transfers / processing in the Fixed Assets Register.\nSearch for missing invoices via the Summary Book of IAPR (AAΔΕ) (myDATA).\nParticipate in statutory audits by providing required financial data.\nWhat do you need to succeed in this position? Your experience, skillset, and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.\nDegree in Finance or Accounting.\n2–5 years of experience in a similar role.\nGood knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.\nGood knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems. Familiarity with SAP is considered an asset.\nKnowledge of tax matters and familiarity with IAPR electronic services and MyData system.\nAbility to adapt to changes in accounting/tax laws or new systems.\nOrganizational skills, responsibility, and team spirit.\nEffective communication and adaptability.\nWhat are we offering to our UniQue IT people?
