If you love building things and seeing them go live, you will fit right in.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild new features across our web applications and backend services.\nWrite clean, clear code that your teammates can easily read and build on.\nHelp connect our systems to the tools and services we rely on.\nTest your work and review code from others so we ship with confidence.\nShare ideas in person and help us make the product better every week.\nFix bugs and keep our software fast, safe, and reliable.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe expect about 3 to 5 years of experience building software. More than the exact number, we care that you can own a feature from start to finish and work well with a team. Strong candidates will have:\nSolid experience with a backend language. C# and .NET is a big plus, but if you've worked in a similar language we can help you ramp up.\nReal experience with React and TypeScript on the front end.\nComfort working with databases and REST APIs.\nGood habits around testing, version control with Git, and code review.\nClear communication and a team-first attitude.\nA willingness to work on-site in Tempe, Arizona, every workday.\nNice to Have (But Not Required)\nExperience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.\nExperience with Svelte or SvelteKit.\niOS or Swift mobile development experience.\nExperience connecting apps to third-party APIs.\nWhy You'll Love It Here\nReal impact.
