This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $235,000 – $300,000 annuallyResponsibilities Coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to GTM systems programs Lead quarterly business reviews and drive decisions from them Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment Translate technical details into business context for various audiences Define business outcomes for programs and track their success metrics Maintain documentation and views that support initiative coherence Identify and resolve risks and competing priorities across teamsQualifications 5-7 years of experience in GTM processes at a tech company Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, and customer success tools Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders Strong background in program management fundamentals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Passion for AI safety and ethics (Preferred) Experience with campaign automation and customer health programs (Preferred) Background in compliance-sensitive environments like SOX or IPO readinessBenefits Visa sponsorship assistance Flexible hybrid work policy Focus on ethical AI development and diversity in the workplace Opportunity to drive measurable business outcomes in a tech environmentOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
