If you’re looking for a place to call home, we want to hear from you!\nResponsibilities Responsible for leading the service operations and service employees under limited supervision by the Service Manager.\nTraining service employees to operate at optimal efficiency.\nDispatching work orders to technicians.\nIdentify and provide solution for issues to avoid escalation.\nAbility to prioritize and delegate tasks in order to manage a high volume service department.\nMaintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.\nMaintain a high morale by provide fair practices, a clean work environment and organized shop. Support staff throughout daily responsibilities and goal achievement.\nWorks in conjunction with service management to create an efficient and profitable department.\nOversee quality of all PDI inspections and service repairs.\nManage and maintain all policy and procedures set in place.\nQualifications Prior experience within the RV, Automotive industry, or Powersports industry as a technician or dispatcher.\nAble to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office setting.\nProficient with Microsoft Excel\nStrong communication skills, verbal and written.\nAbility to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.\nReliable and strong work ethic.
