The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with leadership capability, actively contributing to architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices while managing and mentoring a high-performing team. This role requires experience in microservices architecture, modern frontend development, and automation-first engineering practices, with a strong focus on building reliable and scalable systems in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a cross-functional full-stack engineering team (backend, frontend, QA)Drive the design and development of scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactOwn the end-to-end software development lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, and deploymentDefine and enforce best practices for code quality, performance, security, and scalabilityProvide technical leadership, including architecture decisions, code reviews, and problem resolutionMentor and coach engineers, supporting team growth and skill developmentCollaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliverablesImplement and promote automation-first QA practices, including tools like Playwright (TypeScript)Work with SQL and Python for data processing, integrations, and backend supportEnsure effective use of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous deliveryDrive Agile methodologies and improve team productivity and delivery efficiency
