Senior Mechanical Engineer (MEP) – Tampa, FL (Relocation Available) Join a growing Tampa-based MEP consulting firm specializing in complex healthcare facility design. This team supports major hospital systems and works on high-impact projects like ICU upgrades, MRI additions, cath labs, and sterile processing/pharmacy renovations — this is advanced hospital work, not standard commercial. What You’ll Do: Lead HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design Work daily in Revit on large-scale healthcare projects Mentor junior engineers and contribute to project delivery from day one Must Have: PE License (transferable accepted) Strong Revit experience (daily use) MEP consulting background Experience across HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection Profile We’re Targeting: ~8–15 years experience (flex: 6–18, cap at 20) Proven leadership or mentoring experience Able to step in and contribute immediately Nice to Have: Healthcare/hospital project experience (preferred, not required)
