In this role, you will provide high-level assistance to the Principal, predominantly through the leadership of the school staff teams, organising, leading, and maintaining the quality of the schools' individual casework.\r\nYour Day-to-day Responsibilities\r\nLead the school's wellbeing and case-management frameworks to support positive student outcomes.\r\nBuild strong, trusting relationships with students and coordinate individual support strategies to address barriers to learning and engagement.\r\nWork collaboratively with teachers, youth workers, and external services to provide holistic support and improve student attendance, wellbeing, and achievement.\r\nSupport and lead school staff through mentoring, team meetings, professional development and a student-centred approach to service delivery.\r\nAssist the Principal with school operations, compliance, and strategic priorities, including deputising when required and overseeing key administrative processes and student records.\r\nAbout You\r\nYou see the dignity and potential in every young person and approach your work with empathy, patience, and resilience.
