Poshmark is looking to bring on an Authentication Associate to help us process and ship top luxury items sold on our marketplace.\n\nYou will be responsible for the moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, scanning, unboxing, packing, and placing of packages, boxes, and other freight goods safely and efficiently in accordance with the company's policies and guidelines. Additionally, you will using a camera and webcam to record high quality photos and videos for documentation and authentication purposes.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience with high-end merchandise from designers like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Chanel and help mold a small and quickly growing team. As a full-time employee, you will receive full benefits and lots of work perks such as daily catered lunches, team outings, and a fully stocked kitchen.\nMust be able to work a Sunday-Thursday schedule.\n\nThe ideal Posh Authenticate Associate:\nhas has high attention to detail and is investigative nature\nenjoys hands-on work\nhas a passion for helping customers\nhas an interest in fashion goods and designer brands\nhas good communication and comprehension skills\n\n6-Month Accomplishments:\nUnderstand our operating system and be able to physically process orders from start to finish with minimal errors\nAuthenticate 50% of tier 1 core brands\nIndependently handle all necessary general order updates to users via Service Cloud\nMaintain a positive PGAP percentage\nMeet or exceed your daily quota\nMeet attendance standards\n\n12+ Month Accomplishments\nAuthenticate tier 1 core brands and more\nProcess orders from start to finish with minimal to no errors\nMentor and support new associates\nTake on additional responsibilities in order to support operations\nProvide input to improve and streamline processes\nMaintain a positive PGAP percentage\nMeet or exceed your daily quota\nMeet our attendance standards\n\nResponsibilities:\nProcess Posh Authenticate orders via Poshmark’s premium in-person authentication service of luxury items while meeting hourly quota expectations\nUnbox, inspect, and package merchandise\nLearn how to authenticate brands through hands-on training and independent research\nProvide high level of customer support via email\nLoad and unload packages from warehouse to transportation vehicle\nCarry out work in accordance with company policies and guidelines\nTake high quality photos and video of merchandise\nWork quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards\nProcess workload with minimal supervision\nEnsure packages are not damaged throughout the process\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nPhysical ability to lift heavy or oversized shipments up to 40lbs\nAbility to perform repetitive duties, including lifting, opening and closing boxes, bending and standing for long periods of time\nStrong work ethic\nSelf-driven and highly motivated\nDiligent in following instructions clearly\nEffective oral and written communication skills\nModerate computer data entry experience\nCustomer service mindset\nGreat attention to detail and highly organized\nAble to work flexible hours\nMust be willing to work onsite at our warehouse (no remote work options available)\nSalary Range:\n$20.19 - $28.37 Hourly\nAbout Us\nPoshmark is a leading fashion resale marketplace powered by a vibrant, highly engaged community of buyers and sellers and real-time social experiences.
