Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Officer, located in Sacramento, CA. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets. Daily tasks include monitoring and patrolling designated areas, managing access control, responding to security incidents, and providing excellent customer service to staff and visitors. The Security Officer will also ensure compliance with all company policies and security protocols and maintain accurate incident and activity reports as needed. Qualifications Experience in security operations, surveillance, and emergency responseKnowledge of access control procedures and safety protocolsStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, visitors, and authoritiesProficiency in incident reporting and maintaining detailed recordsPhysical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periodsAbility to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergenciesBasic computer skills for managing security systems and documentationRelevant certifications, such as a security officer license or training, are a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional related training or certification is an advantage
