By leveraging cutting-edge technology and intelligent matching, MeeBoss helps businesses attract, engage, and hire top candidates more efficiently, delivering a seamless and personalized hiring experience anytime, anywhere.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong B2B marketplace or HR Tech background to lead business growth, expand enterprise partnerships, and manage a high-performing sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a sales/BD team of approximately 10 members to achieve growth and revenue targetsDrive B2B marketplace expansion by acquiring and managing enterprise clients, partners, and platform participantsDevelop strategic partnerships within the HR Tech and workforce ecosystemIdentify new business opportunities and grow platform adoption across target industriesManage the full partnership and sales lifecycle, from prospecting to negotiation and onboardingBuild scalable go-to-market strategies for marketplace growth and ecosystem expansionCoach and develop team members to improve sales performance and business development capabilityCollaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to optimize platform engagement and customer experienceAnalyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to improve growth strategyRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketplace growthExperience in HR Tech, marketplace platforms, SaaS ecosystem, recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutionspreferredMinimum 2 years of people management experience, including managing a team of around 10 membersStrong understanding of platform business models and ecosystem partnershipsProven track record of achieving growth and revenue targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsExperience engaging with enterprise clients, HR leaders, and business decision-makersEntrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability in fast-paced environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience in platform-based or marketplace businessesStartup or high-growth company experienceExisting network within HR, recruitment, staffing, or enterprise services industriesFamiliarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales managementWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + incentive + performance bonusLeadership growth opportunities in a scaling businessDynamic and collaborative team cultureFlexible work environmentOpportunity to shape the future of HR marketplace solutions
