This role will provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, networking, and end-user systems while delivering strong customer service to both onsite and remote users.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of desktop support, user interaction, and troubleshooting within a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardwareTroubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and application issuesManage and resolve tickets while maintaining strong communication with end usersSupport Active Directory and Entra ID user administrationAssist with device imaging, deployments, patching, and asset trackingSupport Wi-Fi connectivity, conferencing systems, phones, and basic networking issuesInstall and configure hardware, software, and peripheral equipmentEscalate complex issues when needed while maintaining ownership through resolutionQualificationsExperience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environmentsKnowledge of Active Directory and basic networking conceptsExperience with desktop imaging, hardware deployments, and end-user supportStrong troubleshooting and customer service skillsThis is an onsite contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth potential within a stable environment.
