This position designs, tests, and optimizes RF systems under Senior guidance, focusing on RF principles and circuit design. This position is 100% on-site.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAssist in identifying production issues and deficiencies\nAssist sales department with technical issues and field customer technical questions\nParticipate in ISO9001 processes and procedures\nAssist in developing methods to improve manufacturing testing processes and innovate automated procedures to collect data during testing\nCreate and report clear and concise testing reports\nSafely operate laboratory test equipment and verify that equipment is within current calibration\nPerform rework and quality testing on parts, components, circuit boards, final assemblies, and returned customer components\nEnsure signal performance by utilizing tools like spectrum/network analyzers and simulation software\nWork with all disciplines of engineering to set-up and execute calibration tasks\nMaintain compliance within regulatory specifications across multiple recognized agencies\nPerforms other related duties as assigned\nRequirements:\nCompletion of a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field, with 1 or more years of job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience\nAbility to safely use laboratory test equipment (e.g., signal generators, power meters, spectrum analyzers, etc.)\nEmbrace Crescend’s core values (Innovative, Commitment, Initiative & Intentional)\nProficient with RF and analog troubleshooting, as well as digital circuitry troubleshooting\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Products\nHighly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a can-do attitude for tackling technical challenges\nDirect experience with RF circuits, analog circuits, and RF amplifiers\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to lift laboratory test equipment and amplifiers, which can weigh up to 75 pounds\nRequirements Preferred\nCompletion of a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field, with 3 or more years of job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience\nExperience working with Labview and other pertinent software\nAdvanced proficiency with RF laboratory test equipment, including signal generators, power meters, and spectrum analyzer\nThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed in this job position.
