Please log into Workday and click on the Jobs Hub app or search for Browse Jobs.BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for an Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.Pay: $26 - $40 / hourThis pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experienceDo you consistently lead by example?Are you a passionate and patient coach and mentor to your teammates?Do you enjoy working together as a team to provide excellent patient care?As an Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will...Serve as a mentor to staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.Support and mentor the technicians by utilizing your advanced technical skills.Organize training schedules for Technician staff.Identify conflicts in the workplace and seeks assistance in resolution.Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.Other related duties as assigned.Why BluePearl?Our passion is pets.
