Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within our office environment. Responsibilities: - Answering Phones - Handling Correspondence - Filing Documents - Postal Mailings -Data Entry -And Supporting Office Staff as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven Experience in an office setting - Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite ( Word, Excel, Outlook ) - Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Familiarity with databases and data entry processes - Ability to transcribe information accurately - Attention to detail and accuracy Please note that this position does not require any contact information or placeholders for email or phone number.
