Job Title: Family Medicine PhysicianLocation: Kansas City, Missouri (Northland area)Base Salary: $240,000Shift: Full-time, 32 clinical hours per week (4.5-day work week)Weekend Requirements: One Saturday every other month (8 AM–2 PM) with compensatory days off before and afterOn-Call: Minimal; 1:26 rotation with triage support handling calls until 6 PMJob OverviewThis position offers an opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established, high-volume outpatient primary care practice. The incoming provider will step into a thriving panel due to an upcoming physician retirement and part‑time transitions.
