You will serve a critical role with aiding the Superintendent and Project Manager in delivering the execution and timely completion of construction in the field, holding safety as a top priority for all trades, and ensuring quality workmanship to project drawings and specifications. You will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure successful project completion that is on time and within budget.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in the Submittal and RFI process; maintain and distribute records.\nAssist with recording and distributing Architect instructions, e.g., ASI, Addendum’s, RFI’s, RFP’s, etc.\nAssist with posting all changes weekly to record set construction documents.\nIssue general correspondence to Subcontractor / Vendors and review with the Project Manager as needed.\nSupport the Project Team with enforcing project safety requirements and quality standards.\nAssist with execution and completion of Project Punch Lists.\nAssist the APM with Project Closeout process.\nQualifications:\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nUnderstanding of all trades of construction.\nProficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and other software necessary to perform the job.\nHighly motivated individual with an emphasis on attention to detail.\nPhysical exertion including long periods of standing and walking over rough or uneven surfaces, crouching, climbing, and lifting of up to 50 lbs.\nIf you are interested, we would absolutely love to speak with you.
