And we do this work out of Care for our people, customers, communities, and the planet.\n\nWe’re a company committed to a culture of belonging, where all our people are encouraged to be themselves and grow their careers in an equitable environment.\n\nLearn about SKF at www.skf.com.\n\nPosition Summary\n\nThis position is responsible for material handling in support of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and production.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLift and move items/packages as required using safe lifting techniques.\nLoad and/or unload trucks in support of shipping / receiving activities.\nAbility to use the ERP system related to inventory moves and stock review.\nPerform other functions in the shipping and receiving process as required.\nUse a computer as needed for communications and reference of documentation related to job requirements.\nMaintain housekeeping in the areas of responsibility and support 5s activity.\nTransport goods in company vehicles between plants and outside process vendors as required.\nPackage outgoing shipments and parcels as required.\nPerform cycle counting as required.\nPerforms other duties as assigned or required.\n\nQualifications\n\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED\n\nExperience: Experience in shipping, receiving, material handling, and/or warehousing is desired. Forklift experience is desired.\n\nTechnical Skills: Must be capable of comprehending written quality instructions and standard operating procedures.\n\nOther Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license.
