The Lead Electrician will oversee electrical installations, perform maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot electrical system issues, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. This role will involve managing work schedules, guiding junior electricians/apprentices, and collaborating to execute projects effectively, efficiently, as safely and quickly as possible.QualificationsStrong knowledge of electricity/electrical work: residential, commercial, new construction, dock/outdoor, low voltage, panel swaps, generators, remodels, and service callsCares about clean, code-compliant work (even when no one’s watching)Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting electrical systemsTakes ownership when something goes wrong - and fixes it. Remember, you're leading by exampleAbility to lead a team and effectively manage time and materials/resourcesExcellent understanding of safety procedures and local electrical codesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailLegally allowed to work in the US. Reliable transportation and flexibility.
