We shape the industry by supporting clients during every step of the product development lifecycle and beyond.\n\nCompensation\nCompensation Target: $70,304.00\n\nSalary Pay Range: $70,304-71,000 (annual)\n\nJob Description\n\nEvaluate data and/or lab work to assess compliance with quality system regulations (ISO, GLP, etc.) and SOPs.\n\nReview records for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.\n\nMay participate in audits of NAMSA facilities, suppliers and agencies.\n\nPerform periodic audits/inspections of internal operations to assess internal performance and detect quality problems.\n\nMay investigate source of quality problems and make suggestions for improvements.\n\nMay assure corrective action is taken through follow up activities.\n\nQualifications & Technical Competencies\n\nRequires a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or an Associate’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in a GLP testing laboratory.\n\nRequires 0-2 years auditing experience.\n\nFluency in English is preferred.\n\nMaintain personal and professional competency in Quality Assurance and the biomedical industry in general.\n\nAwareness of issues of control for scientific bias.\n\nKnowledge of statistics and metric system.\n\nKnowledge of use of biostatistics, statistical process control techniques, and test validation methods.\n\nKnowledge of GMP/GLP regulations, as appropriate.\n\nFundamentals of technical writing.\n\nWorking Conditions\n\nPhysical activities include walking, sitting and standing for various periods.\n\nPhysical requirements include being able to occasionally move or lift up to 25 pounds (12 kgs).\n\nSpecific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.\n\nEmployee must be able to talk and hear.\n\nAdditional Information\nThe compensation grade range for this position is: $45,500.00 - $88,500.00 annually.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity & Fair Chance\nNAMSA is an Equal Employment Opportunity company.
