If so, we'd like to meet you!\n\nThe Medical Assistant will be responsible for:\n\nPhlebotomy (blood draws) of patients (2+ Years of Experience Required) if you can't straight needle then don't apply as we do 10-12 sticks per day\n\n- Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins) - 10-12 of these per day\n\nChecking patient vitals and recording in EMR\n\nEnsuring all lab results are input into patient charts\n\nAssisting medical providers with patient care\n\nGreeting patients\n\nAssisting in lab operations\n\nMaintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.\n\nScheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text\n\nHeavy Office Management work with computer experience required\n\nFielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text\n\nReaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials\n\nMaintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment\n\nRequirements:\n\nActive Medical Assistant Certification\n\nActive CPR/BLS Certification\n\nHigh School Diploma or higher\n\n1+ Year Phlebotomy\n\nQualifications: Experience in a related field, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred.
