Promera is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified, demonstrating our commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency.\nThe Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of contracted services for sub-contractor on large active construction site.\nWhat You'll Work On\nPerforming duties of manger, superintendent, and/or technician, as needed\nEstablishing daily production goals based on overall plan\nManaging and assisting in all work daily - Crew size varies from 4 to 8 staff\nInterface with general contractor, other trades, vendors, and home office\nConducting weekly tool box talks\nGenerate and manage daily and weekly work reports\nOther duties as assigned or required\nQualifications\n3+ years experience supervising crew is required.\nPrevious experience in a similar position with focus on crew management is required.\nConstruction Project experience is preferred.\nOSHA-10 required, OSHA-30 preferred.\nAttention to detail is a must.\nReliable vehicle.\nAbility to read blueprints - familiarize with site and building names.\nStrong communication skills required.
