Guided by our philosophy, “Where There’s A Will, There’s A Way,” we foster a culture of ingenuity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings\nAssemble electrical or electronic systems and support structures\nInstall wiring, subassemblies, and components using hand and power tools\nMeasure, cut, strip, and pin data cables to specification\nInspect products for quality and functionality\nBuild specialty wooden shipping crates to third-party specifications\nPack and prepare finished products for shipment\nRotate between workstations to support production flow\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace\nFollow ISO 9001 quality standards and safety procedures\nCollaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred\nAbility to read blueprints or schematics preferred\nExperience using hand tools, power tools, or soldering equipment a plus\nExperience building wooden crates preferred\nStrong attention to detail and reliability\nAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment\nIntermediate math and communication skills\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts\nLift and carry up to 40 pounds\nWork in varying temperatures and sound levels\nFrequent use of hands and tools for precision work\nGood Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $19 to $23 per hour.
