to support the Oregon State Public Health Laboratory (OSPHL) with the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).The Program Manager will support the Senior Project Manager and focus on organizational change management, communications, team coordination, decision tracking, vendor coordination, project scheduling, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple complex project schedules, timelines, milestones, and critical pathsMonitor project progress and ensure timely completionIdentify, manage, and escalate project risks and issuesCoordinate resources across multiple project activitiesLiaise with LIMS vendors and OSPHL/OIS teamsSupport organizational change management and User AcceptanceManage and coordinate UAT activities for the LIMS replacement projectPrepare biweekly project status reports and management reportsTrack resource capacity and identify over-allocation/under-utilizationSupport project planning, scheduling, and LIMS subprojectsAssist with EIS project deliverables and related OSPHL projectsRequired Skills & Experience15+ years of overall professional experiencePrior State Government Experience REQUIREDStrong Project / Program Management experiencePMP Certification REQUIREDStrong knowledge of PMI / PMBOK methodologiesStrong Office 365 / Microsoft Office experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environmentStrong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management skillsPreferred ExperienceLIMS / Laboratory Information Management SystemsProject Management within a Laboratory or Clinical Care environmentOrganizational Change Management in a laboratory or clinical settingHealthcare / Public Health IT projectsUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)Complex technology implementation projectsWORK MODELHybrid Hillsboro, OregonOnsite onboarding is required during the first week.Candidates must be local or willing
