Key ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with clients, direct projects, and present results Lead complex Medicare advisory engagements and advise on financial strategies Support business development and identify client issues and resources neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field 7+ years of actuarial experience, primarily with Medicare programs FSA designation with the Society of Actuaries (SOA) Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience managing and mentoring junior staff
