{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"fd048d40e99fad5f1e723eeb","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/fd048d40e99fad5f1e723eeb","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/fd048d40e99fad5f1e723eeb","title":"Manufacturing Engineer","description":"Work Model This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.\nKey Responsibilities Troubleshoot existing manufacturing processes, fixtures, tooling, or equipment.\nDesign, build, or procure improved fixtures, tooling, or equipment.\nWork with manufacturing associates to promote and implement continuous improvement programs.\nDevelop data and information to justify new or replacement equipment and prepare capital expenditure requests.\nDevelop detailed analysis and effective recommendations for improvement of assembly processes with respect to quality, delivery, and cost for assigned cells within the Value Stream.\nDevelop and implement standardized work practices on the manufacturing floor.\nProvide operations input on new product development/commercialization efforts to ensure products meet quality performance standards and are highly manufacturable from a quality perspective.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement countermeasures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nProfessional Experience / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.\nMinimum of 3–5 years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience.\nPrior experience with DMGMori and Citizen Swiss Lathe machines.\nExperience developing standard work processes for manual assembly.\nExperience with fixture and tooling design.\nExcellent problem‑solving skills.\nWorking knowledge of ISO9001 standards and quality systems.\nDemonstrated project‑management skills and knowledge of standardized work practices.\nStrong continuous‑improvement skills and leadership competencies.\nSense of urgency; proactive recognition and resolution of issues.\nAbility to perform duties individually and in a team environment.\nAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment with tolerance for ambiguity.\nSolid organization, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.\nWorking knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD design packages.\nU.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Green Card holder (required for ITAR compliance).\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment Physical Demands – While performing the duties in this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
