Front of House Team Member Part-time/Full-time Staring at $15.75/hr At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. Position Type Full-time and on-site, open availability preferred Must be available to work on Saturday's. This position is not a M-F only job. There are multiple different schedules available for morning, lunch and closing. Front of House Team Member Responsibilities You will be cross trained in different assignments such as: Drive Through, Dining Room, Bagging (bagger), Cash Register/Cashier, Shakes, Sauce area, Drinks area, and more! Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Speak Enthusiastically Make Emotional Connections with Guests Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Work on their feet for several hours at a time Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Conduct yourself with a positive and professional attitude.
