As a Material Handler, you will assist in managing materials, assist in equipment operation all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment\nKey Responsibilities:\nUnload incoming materials and verify the accuracy of the shipments by checking against packing lists or purchase orders\nOrganize and store materials in the laydown area, ensuring that items are placed in the correct locations and properly labeled\nKeeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance\nResponsible for receiving, organizing, delivering, and tracking shipments\nMaintain inventory of all stocked materials\nDeliver materials from the laydown area to the job site as needed\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning and recycling trash\nOperate onsite equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and other lift platforms\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nHighschool Diploma or equivalent\nBasic computer skills (word, excel, etc.)\nWarehouse or inventory coordinator experience preferred\nCertified forklift operator\nRigging Training (If not, training will be provided)\nBasic material knowledge\nMust be able to effectively communicate with others and work well on a team or independently\nMust be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis\nAbility to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods\nBenefits:\nPersonal Time Off (PTO) & Holidays\nHealth Benefits: All employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage\n401(k) Retirement: The company provides a 100% match of the first 4% of employee’s contribution each year, to the plan.
