Quality Control Inspector

Job Description As a Quality Control Inspector at Mainstream, you will constantly verify that mission-critical parts are being produced that meet or exceed required tolerances and standards.Responsible to perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections of parts that are produced from our various manufacturing departments (waterjet, milling, turning)Will work with a team of Quality Control Technicians and Department Leads to coordinate a smooth and efficient flow of work that maximizes productionMust be able to read and understand drawings and use that ability in determining if a part being inspected passes or failsAbility to use standard measurement devices (ID/OD micrometers, pin gauges, calipers, depth micrometers, comparators, etc.)Documents inspection results by completing inspection reports/formsMust possess a working knowledge of GD&TAbility to prioritize jobs and multi-task when neededExperience with Hexagon CMM, Absolute Arms, or FARO arms is a plusCAD/CAM experience is a plusPrior machining experience is a plusExperience with ISO:9001 and AS9100 standards is a plusCompany DescriptionMainstream Precision CNC Machining and Manufacturing is a rapidly expanding company located in Loveland, OH.
