We are a mission-driven industry organization focused on transportation decarbonization and clean air for all.\n\nFor over 30 years, it’s been Catalyst Mobility’s mission to develop, assess, and implement large-scale, zero-emission transportation solutions to mitigate climate change and support economic growth. Catalyst Mobility works with businesses, organizations, governments, and communities to create real-life impact toward clean air and equitable access to clean transportation for all. Catalyst Mobility provides scientific, technical and policy support for regulatory development and clean technology and infrastructure acceleration.\n\nAbout The Role\n\nCALSTART is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to support an exciting organization-wide centralization initiative following the acquisition of Forth. This role will help bring two Salesforce environments together, leading the migration of data and supporting the configuration and development needed to establish Membership Services and Business Development workflows within CALSTART’s Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud environment.\n\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working across Salesforce administration, development, data migration, and solution configuration. You’ll work closely with CALSTART’s Platform/Technology team and business stakeholders to translate existing processes into scalable Salesforce solutions, configure and build workflows and automation, support data mapping and migration, and help ensure the new centralized environment is secure, maintainable, and ready for long-term use across the organization.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\n* Help lead a major Salesforce centralization initiative, bringing Forth’s existing Salesforce data and processes into CALSTART’s Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud environment and helping establish a strong foundation for future organizational growth.\n* Plan and execute the Salesforce-to-Salesforce data migration, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, migration execution, and reconciliation to ensure critical organizational and historical data is transitioned accurately.\n* Configure and develop Membership Services and Business Development workflows, using Salesforce automation, objects, permissions, reporting, and custom development where needed to create scalable, intuitive solutions for our teams.\n* Partner closely with business stakeholders and CALSTART’s Platform/Technology team to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.\n* Support testing, deployment, documentation, and stabilization of the new centralized environment, helping ensure the solution is secure, maintainable, well-documented, and ready for long-term organizational use.\nWhat You'll Bring to the Table:\n* A builder’s mindset with a designer’s perspective — someone who can take a business need, think through the best solution, and then roll up their sleeves and build it.\n* Ownership and curiosity, with the ability to take on a significant project, ask the right questions, identify gaps, and help drive the work forward rather than waiting for detailed instructions.\n* Creative problem-solving balanced with Salesforce best practices, helping us build solutions that meet today’s needs without creating unnecessary complexity or technical debt.\n* Strong partnership and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders, understand how teams operate, and translate those needs into thoughtful Salesforce solutions.\n* A consultative approach, bringing recommendations and lessons learned to the table and helping CALSTART make informed decisions about configuration, data structure, automation, migration, and long-term platform design.\nDesired Qualifications:\n* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, including designing and configuring solutions for nonprofit business processes. Nonprofit Cloud experience is a key qualification for this role; experience limited primarily to Sales Cloud will not be sufficient.\n* Demonstrated experience working across both Salesforce administration and development, including Flow, automation, data modeling, permissions/security, reporting, integrations, and custom development where appropriate.\n* Experience planning and executing Salesforce-to-Salesforce migrations, including data mapping, transformation, cleansing, migration, validation, and reconciliation.\n* Experience designing Salesforce solutions for areas such as membership, fundraising/philanthropy, constituent or relationship management, and business development strongly preferred.\n* Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or relevant Nonprofit Cloud credentials are preferred, along with demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce architecture and implementation best practices.\n\nWe understand that not everyone will match the above qualifications 100%. If your background isn't perfectly aligned but you feel you would be a great addition to the team, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nWe're a tight-knit team of world-class innovators, business minds, and change agents who believe passionately in our mission and put our team ahead of self.
