Workday Integration LeadContract Role Location: Fully RemoteRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Workday integrations within a global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and third-party platforms. Design and implement scalable integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Oversee integration development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers and consultants. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data flow issues. Manage Workday release impacts and coordinate regression testing activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration strategies. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards. Drive automation, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the integration landscape. Maintain technical documentation, integration mappings, and support procedures. Required ExperienceStrong hands-on experience leading Workday integration projects in enterprise environments. Deep expertise with Workday integration frameworks and tools. Experience integrating Workday with Payroll, ERP, Finance, identity management, and external SaaS platforms. Strong understanding of integration security, APIs, middleware, and data transformation. Experience working within global or multi-country Workday environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
