Along with competitive compensation, we provide annual salary reviews with a job progression plan, as well as a generous profit-sharing program.\nResponsibilities:\nAdhere and promote company SAFETY measures at all times\nManual labor associated with installing, repairing, and servicing conventional, deep well, and HDD ground beds\nLoading and unloading equipment and materials\nPrepare construction site and clean up when job is completed\nDig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, tampers, and rakes\nSAFELY drive trucks and pull trailers with equipment and materials to construction sites\nSAFELY operate equipment (backhoe, trencher, mini excavator, auger, and forklift)\nPerform routine/preventative maintenance and inspection on equipment\nHelp clean and organize truck and warehouse area\nProvide and maintain accurate paperwork\nTravel required. Typically 4-5 weeks at a time.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBasic computer and math skills\nMust have a Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record\nMust be able to pass DOT drug test and physical\nKnowledge of DOT regulations for drivers and trucks\nThis position requires significant travel (domestic only), and will require you to be gone 4-5 weeks at a time\nAble to work outdoors in all types of weather and may be exposed to extremes of climate and temperatures\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in heavy equipment operation and general maintenance of excavators, front-end loaders, dozers, and skid steers\nExperience in the corrosion industry, pipeline construction, or underground utilities\nTWIC card\nAny compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
