This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.\r\nKey Responsibilities:Perform mechanical assembly of components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand tools, lifting equipment, and assembly documentation.\r\nInterpret and follow technical drawings, work instructions, visual aids, and verbal directions to ensure accurate assembly.\r\nConduct in-process inspections and functional testing to verify product quality and workmanship.\r\nUtilize barcode scanners, torque tools, rivet guns, and other production equipment as required.\r\nAccurately track production progress and maintain required documentation.\r\nCollaborate with team members to meet production schedules and delivery commitments.\r\nPromote and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment by adhering to 5S and safety standards.\r\nIdentify and communicate quality, productivity, and process improvement opportunities.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nQualifications:Minimum one year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or similar hands-on technical experience preferred.\r\nAbility to read and understand assembly instructions, technical documentation, and visual work aids.\r\nProficiency in the safe use of hand tools and material handling equipment.\r\nBasic computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems.\r\nStrong attention to detail, quality, and safety.\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage changing priorities, and work overtime as required.\r\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.\r\nThe hourly pay range for this role is $14.86 - $26.73.
