Occasional client travel may be required with prior approval. The RoleWe are seeking a Full-stack Engineer to build a lightweight, read-only web application that puts an AI agent's consolidated member insights in front of care managers at a leading US health plan — before and during live outreach calls. The front end is a React + TypeScript single-page application secured with SSO via Microsoft Entra ID; the back end exposes Python APIs that orchestrate calls to agent endpoints served from Azure Databricks. You will own the interface from wireframes through two rounds of user acceptance testing with a client champion group, with strong attention to responsiveness, accessibility, and PHI-safe UX.ResponsibilitiesBuild the care manager interface as a React + TypeScript SPA: pre-call summary views, care journey timeline, vendor program status, document search, authorization visibility, and provider/facility lookup.Create wireframes and interactive prototypes with the BA and client champion group; iterate designs through validation sessions ahead of build.Develop Python (FastAPI or equivalent) backend-for-frontend APIs that invoke Databricks Model Serving / agent endpoints, handle streaming responses, and enforce role-based access.Implement SSO with Microsoft Entra ID (MSAL), session management, and interface-layer access controls aligned to client identity infrastructure.Engineer PHI-safe UX: no client-side persistence of member data, disabled export/print/copy paths where required, audit-friendly access logging, and clear data-freshness/disclaimer displays.Optimize for use during live calls: sub-second perceived responsiveness, skeleton/progressive loading for AI-generated content, and graceful degradation when sources are unavailable.Meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and cross-browser requirements for the client's managed desktop environment.Deploy to client-approved Azure non-production environments (App Service / Static Web Apps or Databricks Apps), support two UAT rounds, resolve defects to exit criteria, and deliver operational documentation and knowledge transfer.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).4+ years of full-stack development, with 3+ years of production React (hooks, state management, component architecture) and TypeScript.2+ years building Python REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask) including authentication, authorization, and integration with ML/AI service endpoints.Experience with Azure services relevant to web delivery: Entra ID/MSAL authentication, App Service or Static Web Apps, Key Vault, monitoring.Demonstrated delivery of applications handling sensitive/regulated data with role-based access control.US-based with authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications / SkillsExperience building front ends for LLM/AI applications: streaming token rendering, citations display, feedback capture.Healthcare or other HIPAA-regulated product experience; familiarity with care management workflows.Exposure to Databricks (Apps, SQL endpoints, Model Serving) as a consuming application developer.Design-system fluency (accessible component libraries, responsive layouts) and WCAG audit experience.Experience running structured UAT with business users and translating feedback into scoped fixes.","company":"Infinity Quest","rawCompany":"infinity quest","city":"Denver","state":"CO","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-08-27T09:55:51.282Z","occupations":[{"code":"15-1252.00","title":"Software Developers","slug":"software-developers"},{"code":"15-1254.00","title":"Web Developers","slug":"web-developers"},{"code":"15-1299.08","title":"Computer Systems Engineers/Architects","slug":"computer-systems-engineers-architects"}],"industries":[{"code":"541511","title":"Custom Computer Programming Services","slug":"custom-computer-programming-services"},{"code":"541512","title":"Computer Systems Design Services","slug":"computer-systems-design-services"},{"code":"513210","title":"Software Publishers","slug":"software-publishers"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Full-stack Engineer with React & Python APIs (Azure, Healthcare AI)","description":"Job Title: Full-Stack Engineer – React & Python APIs (Azure, Healthcare AI)Function: Digital, AI & Data Engineering – Healthcare & Life SciencesLocation: Remote – United StatesCandidates must be currently based in the United States.
