The Office Admin works collaboratively with all departments to ensure every customer receives professional, responsive and personalized attention. We are looking for a motivated individual with the ability to successfully operate in a team setting.\nWhat You Will Contribute:\nResponding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve any problems or concerns.\nAbility to troubleshoot customer inquiries\nWork with engineering team to track technical inquiries/issues in our service database.\nProcess orders using our ERP systems\nProvide customers with documentation pertaining to their order including sending an order acknowledgement with ship date, shipment tracking, and an invoice.\nWork with our shipping department to track, expedite or delay shipments.\nPerform miscellaneous organizational and administrative tasks as required\nAdherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes\nOther Functions:\nPerform related duties as required\nThe duties listed above are intended only as illustration of the various types of work that may be performed.
