This team member will be cross-trained in both Office Manager (OM) and School Operations Manager (SOM) responsibilities and will travel to support campuses during PTO, FMLA, and vacancies. When direct campus coverage is not needed, this role will support the goals and priorities of the Central Operations Team. You'll make sure our systems run smoothly, our families feel supported, and our schools stay focused on learning.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAttendance & Enrollment\r\nDrive strong attendance (95%+) and full enrollment (100% by October Count) by tracking data, supporting family engagement, and partnering with school teams.\r\nManage attendance and enrollment data in Infinite Campus to meet district and state standards.\r\nSupport student recruitment and serve as a family engagement liaison during key enrollment windows.\r\nCommunication & Front Office\r\nBe the welcoming face and voice of the school; answer calls, greet families, and handle inquiries with warmth and professionalism.\r\nCoordinate school-wide communication, including newsletters, announcements, and family letters.\r\nRespond promptly and effectively to family concerns, ensuring alignment with RMP's values.\r\nTechnology & Data Systems\r\nMaintain accurate student data in Infinite Campus and ensure compliance across campuses.\r\nManage student and staff devices, track repairs, and provide Tier 1 tech support.\r\nProtect the confidentiality of all student and staff information.\r\nScheduling & Academic Operations\r\nSupport campus leadership with master schedule creation and student scheduling.\r\nProcess schedule changes and verify that all classes are coded correctly in Infinite Campus.\r\nCampus Operations & Events\r\nProvide front desk, interpretation, and logistics support across schools.\r\nCoordinate event logistics from setup to communication and safety planning.\r\nManage facility, transportation, and food service requests to keep operations running smoothly.\r\nFiscal & Resource Management\r\nManage supply ordering and track spending in collaboration with the Assistant Principal of Operations.\r\nSupport uniform or supply sales, ensuring accurate cash handling and inventory management.\r\nPromote efficient, transparent systems for ordering and distributing resources.\r\nAll Operations Team Members at Rocky Mountain Prep will\r\nTake ownership of operational outcomes by executing reliable systems that maximize instructional time, support strong attendance and enrollment, and ensure compliance with network, district, and state expectations.
