In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the monthly accounting cycle, drive process improvements, and provide actionable financial insights to executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a hands-on CPA with strong operational accounting experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Close & ReportingRevenue & Financial Operations: Oversee complex customer billing and revenue accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.Month-End Close: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process, including the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.Executive Reporting: Analyze and present monthly financial results to executive leadership, translating financial data into meaningful business insights.Business Performance Analysis: Partner with operations and executive leadership to identify financial risks, cost trends, margin opportunities, and operational challenges.
