You'll take lead-from-the trenches approach to projects, mentoring junior developers, doing pull request reviews, and setting up front-end tooling and CI. All while coding some of the most complex stories yourself, and serving as a constant advocate for code quality and user experience.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nMust Have\r\nFrontend Development\r\n5+ years of experience inFrontend Development.\r\nStrong coding skills with React.js .\r\nProficient in JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI/UX design.\r\nHands-on experience with Material-UI , Styled Component, Webpack, Rollup, Storybook, React-Router-Dom (In depth to handle parent to child routing), Dom manipulation.\r\nExpertisein state management (Zustand, Redux, Context API) and custom hooks .\r\nStrong understanding of componentarchitecture , reusability, and optimization.\r\nHands-on experience with Testing (Jest, React Testing Library).\r\nBackend & APIs:\r\nProficient in integrating and consuming RESTful APIs .\r\nCloud & Deployment:\r\nExperience with Azure Cloud services for frontend deployment.\r\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.\r\nExperience with Azure DevOps\r\nMicro frontends\r\nUnderstanding of module federation and micro frontend architecture.\r\nKnowledge of performance optimization for large-scale applications.\r\nNon-Functional Requirements (NFR):\r\nStrong knowledge of Security , Performance , and Accessibility best practices for web applications.\r\nShould Have\r\nAsset Management business knowledge through prior work\r\nStrong communicationskills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and global clients.\r\nGood understanding of containerization (Docker) and application configuration.\r\nKnowledge of caching strategies and optimization techniques.\r\nGood To Have\r\nKnowledge of Next.js for server-side rendering and SEO optimization.\r\nExperience with DevExtremeDataGrid for large data handling, Bi DashboardDevExtreme .\r\nFamiliarity with ExcelJS for advanced data export features.
