The Shift Supervisor is expected to model and reinforce strict procedural adherence and a disciplined operations mindset, ensuring consistent, safe, and compliant execution across all shifts.\n\nThis role is responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and shift execution, ensuring the workforce is prepared to safely support ID1 operational and reliability needs across commissioning and ongoing operations. This position will support Micron’s 4x12 rotating shift model, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
