At AiLO Logistics, we are building the future of transportation—smart, efficient, and people-focused.\n\nPosition Summary:\nTo be successful in this role, candidates must have great customer service skills and must be computer savvy and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to triage and prioritize projects and deadlines.\n\nEssential Job Functions:\nConduct a high volume of outbound calls, over 50 calls daily.\nManage Auto Insurance coverage eligibility.\nManage the internal orientation process and file for every new hire.\nFollow up by phone with each candidate in the hiring process to encourage completion of pending HR and Safety tasks.\nWhen available leads are low, revisit existing and eligible pipeline candidates.\nCoordinate road tests with candidates and company personnel.\nInquire Safety Dept to conduct drug tests in a timely manner for drivers who pass the road test.\nManage ad posting process and tools.\nRegularly pursue and update open driver needs.\nPerform other duties assigned by the Manager.\n\nRequired Skills and Competencies:\n1 year of minimum experience in recruiting or in a customer service related environment.\nExperience in Transportation Industry is preferred.\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nGoal-oriented, highly motivated self-starter who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nStrong work ethic with high personal standards for quality of work.\nMust be reliable and extremely trustworthy.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nCompensation:\nThe pay is $16.90/hour.\n\nBenefits:\nEmployer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.\nCompany-provided cell phone.\nLife Insurance coverage.\n401(k) retirement plan.\nVacation and Sick Pay.\nEmployee Assistance Programs.\nExcellent opportunities for career advancement within a fast-growing, innovation-driven logistics company.\n\nJoin AiLO Logistics:\nThis is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of an evolving logistics leader.
