Join Supermicro in shaping the future of data center innovation by fostering a culture of continuous learning and shared success.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIncludes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):\nCorporate Communication & Enablement\n\nDesign and present training content that supports rack team growth, drives technical sales acumen, and aligns with Supermicro goals.\nDevelop training tools and messaging to improve communication of solutions, value propositions, and technical differentiators.\nLead Corporate Training objectives, for companywide presentations and weekly presentations.\nFacilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to capture field insights and incorporate evolving customer and market needs into training materials.\nMaintain consistent messaging and promote alignment across global teams through scalable communication assets and learning frameworks.\n\nBusiness Engagement & Partnership\n\nEngage in early-stage client and partner discussions to understand opportunity context and solution needs, translating insights into team-ready training modules.\nEnable Rack Business Development team with just-in-time learning to support fast-moving customer discussions and market responsiveness.\nStay informed on AI & HPC industry trends and new technology to ensure training programs remain innovative and effective.\n\nTraining Program Development\n\nCreate and complete development strategies and efficiently/appropriately respond to changes in business priorities as technology changes.\nEstablish feedback loops to monitor effectiveness and continuously evolve content in response to learner needs and business priorities.\nEvaluate, track, and report on impact of training to senior leadership.\nAnalytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate feedback, participation, and performance metrics to refine and enhance training programs.\nSupport organizational readiness through alignment with new product introductions, customer use cases, and emerging technologies.\nPeriodic domestic or international travel may be required.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n8+ years in learning & development, instructional design, or corporate training\nComfortable presenting to large and diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders\nExperience designing training programs for technical solutions teams.\nSkilled in adult learning theory and instructional design for various delivery methods\nCurriculum development for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training formats\nThe ability to work under deadlines with minimal direction.\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to translate technical concepts for AI and HPC into clear, learner-friendly content\nExperience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product engineering)\nStrong PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\nAbility to travel 25% of the time\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExposure to data center, AI, or cloud infrastructure environments\nBasic video editing skills for internal training content\nProficiency in web-authoring tools or multimedia content creation\nExperience with online collaboration tools.\nExperience developing training content for global or multilingual audiences\nMaster’s degree in a relevant field\nSalary Range\n$87,000 - $149,000\nThe salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
