This is a hands-on engineering role reporting to our Ecommerce Director. You'll be writing and shipping code, not managing a roadmap.We have a substantial backlog of integration and automation work, enough to keep this role busy full time.What You'll Do• Build and maintain a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server against our ERP system to power AI-driven internal workflows• Develop integrations between our ERP, ecommerce website platform, and marketplace channels (e.g. Amazon SP-API)• Design event-driven and API-based automations that reduce manual, repetitive work across the business• Work with LLM tooling (function calling/tool use, RAG, vector databases) to build practical AI-powered workflows, not just prototypes• Build with data integrity and reliability in mind. Our environment favors incremental, well-tested rollouts over big-bang changes• Partner directly with our Ecommerce Director to prioritize and scope new integration projects as needs ariseWhat We're Looking For• This is a builder role, not a strategy role. You'll be the one writing, testing, and deploying the code.
