This is a full-time opportunity based out of Irvine, CA (Hybrid).We're looking for a rare payroll professional who can do it all — and then some. As our Senior Payroll & Compensation Analytics Manager, you'll own the full payroll function for our California-based workforce, lead our sales commission process, and build dashboards that give leadership a clear picture of our compensation spend. If you know California wage law inside out, love turning payroll and commission data into Tableau insights, and thrive in a high-ownership role, this is the job for you.Qualifications:7+ years of payroll experience, with substantial CA-specific expertise.Strong, current knowledge of California Labor Code and IWC Wage Orders — not just familiarity.3+ years managing sales commissions or variable incentive pay.Real Tableau skills: you build published dashboards, not just bar charts.Experience with a major payroll platform (ADP, Paycom, Paychex, UKG, or similar).CPP certification is a big plus.Responsibilities:Run and own full-cycle payroll for our California employees — accurately, compliantly, and on time.Be our go-to expert on CA wage and hour law: overtime, meal/rest breaks, final pay, PTO, split-shift, and more.Calculate and process monthly/quarterly sales commissions for our sales team.Build and maintain Tableau dashboards so sales leaders and executives can see commission attainment and payroll costs in real time.Partner with Finance, HR, and Sales Ops on comp planning, audits, and process improvement.Keep us ahead of changes in California labor law and IRS regulations.Annual Base Salary Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $130,000 to $155,000.
