Join us for what’s next!\n\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, build and maintain complex data lake and warehouse while ensuring easy and secure access to data.\nDevelop processes for data management across the enterprise or to support specific business use cases real-time and batch.\nDefine and implement data security and governance to protect data from unauthorized access.\nAnalyze current warehouse data for data quality issues and processes for continuous improvement, data organization, accuracy, and up-to-date availability of data.\nProvide technical & domain expertise on the different data domains across the enterprise and apply to solving product challenges.\nAutomate processes, identify opportunities for cost savings.\nGather requirements, analyze requirements, and engineer/develop an integration solution that is flexible, performant, scalable, modularized, and accurately manages business data/information with high data quality and error recovery/handling techniques.\nEstablish and maintain comprehensive data architecture and data integration documentation, including flows, transformations aligned with core design principles, techniques, standards and best practices, and thorough code reviews.\nScope of work includes development, testing, optimization, migration, and maintenance/support tasks.\nDemonstrate strong capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards.\nInterface and collaborate with other engineers in geographically distributed development centers.\nApply Agile methodology daily and follow Definition of Done (DoD) process for better quality by maintaining 80% and unit test coverage and 70% integration test coverage.\nDefine, design, and implement complex, multi-tier distributed software systems throughout all phases of the software development process.\nEstimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and roll out applications with cross-functional impacts.\nQualifications:\n\nBS in Computer Science or related fields with 8+ years of professional experience or MS with 6+ years of experience\nMust have strong background and competency in enterprise data lake, data warehouse, data architecture, data management and data pipelines in streaming/real-time/near real time/batch modes.\nMust have technical skills: Talend Cloud, HVR, Matillion, AWS S3, Snowflake, Salesforce, Kafka, Unix, Python, Java, XML/Avro/JSON/Parquet file formats, RESTful and SOAP based web services.\nSecondary technical skills: AWS Services, Cloud/On-Prem Databases, SFTP\nExperience with standard security practices to encrypt / decrypt files or PII fields.\nExperience in product delivery using Agile delivery method.\nExperience using DevOps tools and agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI (Continuous Integration)/CD (Continuous Delivery).\nGood analytical and troubleshooting skills for effective problem solving.\nAbility to work independently, handle multiple tasks, understand the need for consistent process and attention to details.\nTeam player with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills\nAbility to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment and adapt to changing business priorities and to thrive under pressure.\nExcellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D\nProven ability to understand our business and ability to contribute to technology direction that drives measurable business improvements.\nWe make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
