This role is responsible for program ownership and communicating critical objectives to CMG divisions as well as closely aligning with the internal stakeholders to ensure consistent support across client's organization. Additionally, the position is strongly technical, but also business and process oriented and requires a high degree of skill in the scoping, definition, and execution phases of an agile program.\r\nQualifications\r\nDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems preferred\r\n6 – 9 years of successful management and solution delivery of cross-functional projects\r\nProven track record in delivering large-scale programs to market\r\nAbility to provide project management to distributed cross functional teams, manage issues cross-functionally and remotely\r\nWorking knowledge of product management processes (including product vision; customer requirements)\r\nExperience managing complex programs across multiple disciplines, including engineering, production, subcontractors, marketing, sales, & distribution, and at varying positions in the value chain\r\nCritical thinker with strong organizational and problem solving skills\r\nMeticulous attention to detail, with results oriented focus\r\nWorks well independently, with little supervision, as well as with groupa\r\nDemonstrated ability to work in various cultural environments\r\nExcellent written and oral communication skills in English\r\nStrong interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with all levels in an organization Competencies\r\nAbility to discern alternatives and make objective recommendations (analytical thinking and judgement)\r\nAbility to leverage all resources available to solve problems and achieve results.
