This is a full-time position - temp-to-hire!Pay Rate: $20 / HRHours / Schedule: 1 Shift – Monday – Friday from 7:00AM - 3:30PMJob Description:Perform mechanical and/or electro-mechanical assembly of components, subassemblies, and final productsUse hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment to assemble parts to exact specifications.Follow established assembly sequences, safety protocols, and quality guidelines to produce high-quality, consistent outputIdentify, report, and correct basic assembly errors or material discrepancies during the build processRead and interpret assembly drawings, bills of material (BOMs), and work orders to determine required components and assembly stepsMaintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any deviations from standard processesAssist with packaging, labeling, and final inspection of finished goods as neededRequirements:1–2 years of experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or machine shop settingFamiliarity with hand and power tools used in assembly processesMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsBasic math skills and attention to detail requiredGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to follow written and verbal instructions accuratelySkills & Experience:Assemble parts and components with precision and consistencyMaintain accurate assembly and production documentationRecognize and report nonconforming materials, missing components, or deviations from standard buildsIf you are interested in this position and you meet the requirements, please apply with an updated resume!
