Not from apathy — but from conviction that they can reach it, and that lowering standards represents the true disservice. If this reasoning resonates, continue reading. If it feels overly demanding, this position will likely prove difficult.Alpha students do not attend traditional lectures. They advance through adaptive applications at double the speed of conventional classrooms while simultaneously developing practical life competencies. Your role ensures three commitments are fulfilled for every student in your group: they develop genuine enthusiasm for learning, they progress at twice the normal rate, and they acquire capabilities no conventional curriculum provides. You simultaneously guide the campus staff who uphold these same commitments across your location. All choices are data-informed and all interactions are conducted in person. Your time divides between your assigned student group and the staff members you develop — with identical expectations for both: quantifiable advancement, without compromise. When a staff member's session underperforms, you do not generate documentation; you observe directly, discuss immediately, and resolve it that same day.You will observe reserved students deliver presentations confidently to adults. You will witness a child who previously "despised school" request extended time. And you will recognize that the expectations you maintained are precisely what enabled their growth, because maintaining standards demonstrates your belief in their capability to meet them. You may establish a completely new campus location from inception and create the foundational culture that shapes the institution. As the location develops, your emphasis transitions from operational leadership to team development, cultivating the staff that expands Alpha's approach throughout your area.If this opportunity appeals to you, submit your application immediately. What You Will Be DoingFacilitating structured one-hour life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) sessions with students in grades K-8 covering topics such as public speaking and concentration, using Alpha's established curriculum frameworkConducting daily engagement sessions ensuring 100% student achievement of weekly application-based learning targets through age-appropriate motivation systems including school currency and performance rankingsDeveloping Guides via direct observation, specific feedback, and practical training so they execute sessions with equivalent enthusiasm and accuracy to your standardAnalyzing Coachbot data and individual student records to determine intervention needs, then providing direct personal supportDirectly mentoring your assigned student cohort, demonstrating the guidance and motivation techniques you require from all GuidesWhat You Won’t Be DoingCreating lesson plans or building curriculum content.
